It happens in Italy - November 20th

EURISPES says that in Italy there are still two million children living in poverty, with about 1,350,000 of them located in southern regions. But, according to the same research institute, about 51% of children between 7 to 11 years old have a mobile phone, confirming that Italy is still firmly holding the first place in the world list of cellular phone's owners.

The children ownership of mobiles is so widely spread that arguments have been reported, between mothers and primary school teachers, about the kids not being allowed to keep their phones online while in classroom.
