Francesca Neri
Born in Trento, 10 February 1964
Francesca Neri has worked with some of the most distinguished International Directors. She has starred in Pedro Almodovar’s Live Flesh, Bigas Luna’s Las Edades de Lulu and Carlos Saura’s Dispara!, three films in which she played opposite Spain’s most popular leading men: Javier Bardem and Antonio Banderas.
In Italy, her extensive film credits include "Pensavo Fosse Amore...Invece era un Calesse" (I Thought it was Love ... But it was a Coach), directed by Massimo Troisi, for which she won the Nastro d’Argento (Siver Ribbon) award for Best Actress.
